When you make a payment, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment information directly. We do not store your credit card number.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Analyze your photos and profile content and generate your optimization report
• Process your payment
• Send you transactional emails (payment confirmation, report delivery, status updates)
• Provide follow-up support if you purchased the Priority tier

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following types of services to operate Enamor:

• Payment processing (Stripe) to securely handle transactions. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Email delivery (Resend) for payment confirmations, report notifications, and status updates.
• Hosting and storage (Vercel) for our website and secure file storage.
• Photo analysis: we use third-party evaluation platforms to gather objective feedback on your photos. Your photos are submitted anonymously for scoring and are not linked to your name or other personal details on these platforms.

These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit) and stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Your photos and personal information are not publicly accessible. All file access is routed through authenticated endpoints with verification checks.

Data Retention

We retain your submission data for the purpose of delivering your report and providing any follow-up service included in your tier. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
